Our Modalities

  • Clinical Bodywork

Our style of bodywork is a hands-on method that works to realign the body’s structure. By manipulating the fascia and soft tissues, we help restore balance and improve posture, allowing for more efficient movement patterns.

  • Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)

This technique involves using specialized cups to create negative pressure on the skin, promoting blood flow and releasing tension in the fascia. It can help alleviate pain and improve mobility.

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM utilizes tools to identify and treat soft tissue dysfunction. This technique helps break down scar tissue and improve tissue mobility, enhancing recovery and performance.

  • Joint Mobilization

We use gentle, controlled movements to improve the range of motion in joints. This modality is effective for addressing stiffness and restoring functional movement.

  • Neuromuscular Re-education

This approach focuses on retraining the nervous system to improve movement patterns and reduce pain. By addressing compensation patterns and movement dysfunctions, we help restore proper function.

How is your treatment different from massage?

While traditional massage often focuses on relaxation and surface-level tension relief, our bodywork approach delves deeper into the structural and functional aspects of the body.

We prioritize:

  • Results-Oriented Treatment: Each session is customized based on your progress and feedback, ensuring effective outcomes.

  • Educational Empowerment: We educate you about your body, pain, and movement, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Holistic Focus: Our modalities target the root causes of pain and dysfunction, rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
